For orders placed by 1 p.m. ET, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same item or correct item. You must request an exchange within 2 days from the delivery of your order by reaching us via email at email@example.com.
You may return your item via First Class USPS with a tracking number. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store. Eligible merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. start your return online here.
Eligible merchandise mean items that are not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return or exchange your item. Free shipping discounts do not apply to Returns or Exchanges. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
